All equipment + instructor included in our private lesson whether you are a beginner, completed a lesson or more advanced and wanting to improve. We will have you up achieve your goals.

Perfect if you are learning from scratch or have some experience and want to perfect or learn more techniques to take your surfing to the next level. You will arrive for a safety briefing, we will get you kitted up, then off for to the beach for warm up and brief land lesson and then straight into the ocean for on wave coaching, debrief and then eventually head back to base. Price per session not per person. For 2 people select qty 2.

Age 5+ (5 to 11 year olds must have a parent or guardian on site during the activity)

PRIVATE GROUP BODY BOARD LESSON

All equipment + instructor included in our private lesson whether you are a beginners, completed a lesson or more advanced and wanting to improve. We will have you up achieve your goals.

Perfect for families or small groups to take your body boarding to the next level. You will arrive for a safety briefing, we will get you kitted up, then 20 paces to our beach for warm up and brief land lesson and then straight into the ocean for on wave coaching, debrief and then eventually head back to base. Price per person.

Age 5+ (5 to 11 year olds must have a parent or guardian on site during the activity)

Body Board Beginner Full Day Lesson

All equipment + instructor included in our Body Boarding Lesson, you will learn many skills inc. basic ocean safety and have you up and riding the surf in no time.

You will arrive for a safety briefing, we will get you kitted up, then off for to our beach for warm up and brief land lesson and then straight into the ocean for on wave coaching and then debrief on progress. Back to base, grab a bite to eat and then back into the ocean to improve those skills and your ability rating, back to base for a shower. Results in a big grin and an awesome day.

• All Equipment included – Winter Wetsuit / Body Board / Leash.
• Fully Qualified Expert Instructor.
• All activities run daily.
• Beach & ocean Safety / Warm Up & Practice / Technique / Wave reading / On wave Coaching / Lesson Review.
• Free Snaps – Or we can organise a professional photographer or video grapher to capture your lesson or experience. This can be arranged in advance at time of booking with our in house team for a small charge.
• NOT INCLUDED – You will need to bring a towel, swimming costume or swim shorts, flip flops, waterproof sunblock and a hair band to tie back long hair.

• Just 200 yards from 2 golden sandy beaches & only safe launch and sheltered water teaching facility in Newquay.
• Pay and Display parking right outside the centre- TR7 1HT – 50 spaces & 2 Blue Badge parking.
• Inspected and Licensed by Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) to take juniors on adventurous activities &Public Liability Insured.
• Showers & Lockers; Mens & Ladies changing facilities. (NOT AVAILABLE DURING COVID)
• Food – Tiki Hawaiian BBQ and meal deals available on our sun deck.
• Drink – Best Coffee ever & Hot & Cold Drinks available- Free Water Refills (bring a bottle).
• Dog friendly – We have quiet sheltered kennels with water and can houses your pet indoors during your activity with us for a short period (your buddy must get a long with other dogs, not bark when left, be up to date with jabs and flea treatments.) Must Prebook as we have limited availability.

All customers are being placed in arrival time slots to maintain social distancing; we may contact you straight after booking to adjust the time if there is a clash. Everything is taking place outside to maintain social distancing.

ALL ABOUT OUR BODY BOARDING

At our Body Board Surf School in Newquay the UK’s Surfing Capital, we offer the very best surfing lessons from beginner to advanced level coaching sessions.
We also provide 1-2-1 lessons, video coaching, body boarding lessons, longboard coaching and Stand Up Paddle Boarding.

Equipped in a winter warm wetsuit, a body board and fins you will be taught how to make your way through the breaking waves and catch the perfect wave to bring you to the beach.

Although its easy to catch waves and ride them to the beach it is a hard sport to master but all the techniques and skills you will be taught on your lesson will equip you with the ability to get going and to ride all day long.

Whatever your ability and craft you aspire to master we can help you achieve your goals in a fun and friendly environment.
With use of our great facilities in Newquay and our mobile surf bus, we can take you to the best waves across Cornwall or simply walk down to the closest beach in town.

These boards are the real deal, you can surf them to the beach and they are still soft to ensure you have a safe lesson.
